Going by the current positions of the Super-Thunder Wave stations and calculating from theoretical attenuation values, the Super-Thunder Wave Navigator on the Vajra Fortress could cover most of China's territory. That would matter a great deal for pointing the way once Shen Cong left the new government's controlled area for unknown territory.

With the Super-Thunder Wave Navigator built, the Vajra Fortress would never get lost again.

The academic exchange ended, and Tao Zhongyang and Li Siran brought another group of specialists aboard the Vajra Fortress to begin the next stage of Superbrain development and to supply solutions for Shen Cong's brain-cloud gradation.

The founding of the new government gradually cooled as a topic.

With the whole population's evolution complete, humanity began entering a stronger and more flourishing period.

By now some of the early evolved people had been the first to finish kindling the spirit-fire system of the Lv3 Burning Era, and had formally followed Shen Cong into the brain-cloud gradation of the Lv4 Nebula Era.

Over the next few days more and more people entered the Lv4 — Nebula Era.

You could say their evolutionary stage was only a month or so behind Shen Cong's. Shen Cong had originally been a full several months ahead of every other evolved person, but the Superbrain had obstructed him when he kindled the spirit-fire, and it took a long time before he got his own road turned back onto course.

Shen Cong did not mind, though. An evolutionary stage was only a transition of form.

Whether your strength was great came down in the end to how high or low your Talent was.

"The Lv4 Nebula Era has arrived. Whether they evolve the Superbrain and choose gigantism, or evolve the biological brain and choose Activity waves, that's their choice to make... An iron person has directions to choose from too. Fuse with the carrier vehicle into one, undergo gigantism, and step onto the Firestarter Spirit's road. Or separate from the carrier vehicle and find a Superbrain to take its place."

The Firestarter Spirit was not the only road to a Superbrain.
