The system could not produce evolved individuals with the Third Eye in any quantity.

Fortunately Wang Sanjun's grasp of Activity waves was decent, and half an hour was enough for him to get hold of the Third Eye's Activity wave at a beginner's level. Then Shen Cong ran him out of it.

Without the environment of the little Yunlong Lake oasis, Wang Sanjun's Third Eye would have a hard time improving. But sending and receiving on a Super-Thunder Wave station ought to be no trouble.

By the time communications formally began it was August 16.

Then he opened communications with the Super-Thunder Wave station in his own vehicle.
