"And so we plan to carry out a rights offering."
"A rights offering? How exactly do you intend to do that?"
Director Beom-mu Kim asked on behalf of everyone in the room.
Seong-ho began laying out for the assembled executives what he had received Tak-hyeon's approval for.
"Ilhyeon Globevision will acquire the entire allocated stake through a 400-billion-won third-party allocation."
"Ilhyeon Globevision? Does such a company exist?"
"It's an unlisted company and was only recently established, so those of you who came from Mirae may not know it."
"An unlisted company… And a place like that can put up 400 billion won in capital?"
There was no reason in principle that an unlisted company couldn't put up 400 billion won.

Seong-ho paused, swept his gaze over the executives, and spoke again.
"Silla Future Asset will participate as an FI — a financial investor."
"You're saying Silla Future Asset will provide the funds?"
"Yes. Ilhyeon Globevision will participate in the third-party allocation using 400 billion won lent to it by Silla Future Asset."
"That's…"
Yeong-bae Song, arms folded, couldn't hide the shock on his face as he glanced around at the other executives.
They were no less thrown than he was.
"What's the matter, all of you? Aren't you pleased? With a 400-billion-won investment we can catch our breath, and in the meantime find a new way forward."
Looking around the group, Yeong-bae Song answered with a stiff expression.
"…I suppose that could happen."
"I thought the Vice President would surely think the same as I do."
Having concluded that they were of one mind despite Yeong-bae Song having said nothing of the sort, Seong-ho continued.
"If we use the time the 400 billion buys us to…
