"For all of it?"

"You really got approval for everything?"

The name change was one thing, but he'd thought the rights offering was as close to impossible as a thing could get.

Yet Seong-ho had returned to Ulsan having gotten approval for all of it, as though it were the most natural thing in the world.

"So call an executive meeting right away. And start looking into where we'll move."

Seong-ho drank the water Jeong-cheol Choi handed him and continued.

"Look for the best building in downtown Ulsan. Somewhere that could house roughly two thousand people. It'd be good if there's land nearby suitable for construction, and if not, look into which building we might buy instead."

"Why land and a building?"

"For now, we'll lease because we're in a hurry. But later we should put up our own building."

"Put up… a building?"

Byeong-jin found it remarkable that Seong-ho was thinking about erecting a building when they were currently squeezed into two floors of a shopping arcade.

But Seong-ho spoke in a calm voice, as though he had something concrete in mind.

"That's a matter for later anyway, so for now just check and pick out some candidate sites."

"All right. Got it. Land and a building…"

Byeong-jin pulled a small notebook from his pocket and began writing down Seong-ho's instructions.
