"Surely you did not know?"

"……." He had not known at all.

Nor did he understand what Go Jaeyong was talking about now.

Ha Tae-ung, barely twenty, is tearing at the Dongmyeong Group?

"Wait!"

Ha Cheolgon's voice dropped low.

"Tell it from the start."

—Since this afternoon the three big foreign rating agencies have moved simultaneously. Against the whole of our Dongmyeong Group, no less!

"……!" Ha Cheolgon's look changed strangely.

—And do you think that is all of it? Abroad, money has attached itself to dumping our affiliates' bonds and stamping the stock down.

"……." —I did not know myself at first.

Go Jaeyong's rough breathing and the excitement he was in came through the phone with nothing lost.

"Our Tae-ung would not have attacked your group for no reason, would he."

—……. Go Jaeyong could not answer the question readily. A short silence ran in the gap.

Ha Cheolgon did not miss what that silence meant. His look cooled and settled deep.

"Chairman Go."

—……Yes, Sir.

"You."

He stopped a moment.

"What did you do to our Tae-ung?"

—……. No answer comes back from the other end. That was already answer enough for what he wanted to hear.

Ha Cheolgon's eyes narrowed.

"So you did."

—That is……

"And so."

Ha Cheolgon picked up the cup he had set down.

"My grandson got angry?"

—……Yes.

"And over that he is tearing at the whole of your group?"

—That is right.

"Heo."

A low, hollow laugh came out of Ha Cheolgon's mouth. He cannot hide how absurd it is.

And…
