In the car on the way back to Seongbuk-dong, Gyeong-eun Lee spoke to Seong-ho Kim in a voice full of worry.

"Do you think he really meant it?"

"He'll have meant it."

"He's really handing Ilhyeon to me?"

It was a thing she had never once thought about.

She had never wanted it and never expected it.

All she had ever put her mind to was building Ilhyeon Department Store and Ilhyeon Hotel up well and passing them to her children.

And now Tak-hyeon Lee had declared out of nowhere that she was to take the Ilhyeon Group, and it left her head spinning.

"Because there's nobody but you."

Gyeong-eun Lee let out a short, low sound and dropped her head.

The weight of it was all over Gyeong-eun Lee's face now that she had made up her mind to follow Tak-hyeon Lee's wishes, and Seong-ho Kim watched her.
