"What is that supposed to mean?"
Sang-jong Lee asked Min-yeong Oh with a stunned face.
Min-yeong Oh had sunk down onto the floor and was weeping, unable even to raise her head.
"Our Jun-myeong has been dragged off. I'm saying Father let them take Jun-myeong away."
"Dragged off where, then? No — why dragged off? I'm asking why Jun-myeong would be dragged off!"
Sang-jong Lee shouted as though in exasperation at a Min-yeong Oh who would not say the reason or the place.
"Our Jun-myeong… what do we do. Sob, sob."

"Sang-jong…"
Do-beom Hwang looked at Sang-jong Lee with a pained gaze.
Seeing Tak-hyeon Lee's words and Do-beom Hwang's reaction, Sang-jong Lee realized that the thing he had told himself surely could not happen had happened after all.

"Jun-myeong has been taken away by the prosecution. From what I hear, they say the culprit in the drunk-driving hit-and-run was not Secretary Park but Jun-myeong."

"They say they've secured both evidence and testimony… Did you not know?"
"Why…
