"Boss! Are you all right?"
CEO Han Jin-ung of A.T Security had rushed down with about ten of his people.
Everyone gathered in my living room.
He called me Boss openly now.
"As you can see, I'm fine."
"What kind of bastards would have the nerve!"
CEO Han Jin-ung was furious.
The attack had surprised me, but I hadn't taken a scratch.
Even I hadn't known I could fight this well.
I'd seen the openings in those dancing blades.
My hands had moved on their own.
So fast your eyes would spin.
I'd snatched a blade out of the air as it came at me and smashed the hand holding it.
The guy coming from behind got a kick. Boom!
And I'd hit the two on either side with palm wind, no mercy.
Amazingly, I can shoot palm wind now.
It didn't reach far, but my internal energy burst out of me naturally, following my will.
The level of explosive force.
It had been in the martial knowledge Divine Lord Cheollyong poured into me.
"Where are they?"
"The police took them."
I'd called Attorney Jo and asked him to handle the fallout.
I told him the men who'd attacked me were lying there.
I asked him to handle it quietly.
A few squad cars and an ambulance had come and taken them away.
I'd crippled them for good.
Men who came at me meaning to kill me never had any mercy coming.
On top of that, the souls of the dead that trailed them had been wailing.
They didn't try to take me over or threaten me, but I'd felt their boiling grudge surge up.
I'd left the killers in a state where living wasn't living.
Even with emergency surgery, their shattered bones meant they'd be eating sitting down for the rest of their lives.
The internal energy I'd driven into them might leave them unable to speak.
"Who the hell were they?"
"Chinese."
"What? Chinese bastards?"
CEO Han and I were on the same wavelength.
"Men trained professionally as assassins."
"A-assassins... You mean hit men?"
CEO Han was taken…
