Ren Fei's car really was a Bentley.

The moment Yang Fei got in, his heart started pounding.

Back at the restaurant, at least there had been plenty of other people eating around them, and Xu Ye had warmed things up before he left, so it hadn't felt awkward.

Ren Fei went on. "Sometime around mid-April, we're opening another branch in Shanghai. I'll probably go over for the grand opening."

Yang Fei jumped right in. "If you have time then, give me a call or send me a message. Dinner's on me."

"Okay."

Ren Fei smiled and drove up to the front of the hotel.

Yang Fei unbuckled his seat belt and pushed the door open to get out. Maybe he was a little too worked up, because when he bent his knee, the wound tore open again, and he let out another yelp.

"What's wrong?"

"Nothing."

Yang Fei gritted his teeth against the pain, climbed out of the car and forced a smile. "Well, I'll head in."

"Okay. See you tomorrow."

"See you tomorrow."

Ren Fei watched Yang Fei "limp" into the hotel and smiled. A moment…
