"Auntie Yang Lin says you're going to be a good dad someday?"

That afternoon, on the way back to the hotel, Chen Qingqing brought it up again on her own.

Xu Ye grinned. "What? Got a problem with that?"

Chen Qingqing hmphed a couple of times and pouted. "Why do I find that hard to believe?"

"Why don't you believe it?"

He went on. "How about you call me Daddy a couple of times tonight, and see if I treat you right?"

Chen Qingqing gave him a shove and raised her voice. "Would you dare say that in front of your parents? Or mine?"

Chen Qingqing sounded amazed. "Shen Xinyi's decided to move out and live with Qin Zhiwei, I think."

"Seriously. Shen Xinyi told us yesterday afternoon. She says it's hard for Qin Zhiwei to study in the dorm, so he's renting a place off campus, and she wants to move in and split the rent with him."

"Look at Zhiwei go."

"Qin Zhiwei never told you about this?"

Xu Ye shook his head. "No. He and Shen Xinyi have both met each other's parents. What's left for him to tell me? I got laid off as his strategist a long time ago."

"If Shen Xinyi moves out, there'll only be three of us left in the dorm. Zhang Ruowei stays out all night a lot now too, and on weekends I'm not there either. So Jiang Yu will be all by herself."

Xu Ye smiled. "I've had it in the back of my mind that she's still single, but there's just nobody right…
