Lü Cheng and Tang Bowen exchanged a look. Tang Bowen stepped forward. "You want to buy this land?"

"Yeah. Last night I had dinner with the head of the Jinjiang Group. When they bought their land, the higher-ups made them take this plot too as a condition. The price is eighty-five million, but it can only go up seven stories. What do you think of it for our company's future headquarters?"

Xu Ye ignored Zhang Xinzhou and turned to Lü Cheng and Tang Bowen. "It's a thousand square meters. A seven-story office building should be plenty for us. And the key thing is, it's pretty close to our current office. If we move here someday, it won't disrupt anybody much. What do you think?"

"At the rate the company's growing, we'll need new offices within two years. I don't see any problem with getting ready now. The company can handle eighty-five million."

"If none of you have any objections, then that's settled. We'll get the land this year. Early next year, we'll sell off another chunk of our ofo shares and use that money to put up the building. For seven stories, we'll aim to finish it within a year."

"No objections."

"No objections."

"None here either."

Xu Ye nodded. "Then it's decided. From now on, this is the headquarters of Qingye Investment."
