Zhang Ruowei scrolled down about two screens' worth and then closed the browser.
Then she clicked the bottom left corner and put the computer back into sleep mode.
It wasn't hard to tell from all that searching that Zhao Ming really had no experience with women. In that area he was a complete novice — otherwise he wouldn't have been searching the internet for any of it.
The other thing it showed was that he had a bit of a dirty streak.
Zhang Ruowei didn't think there was anything in that, though. She opened photos of men with abs on Weibo and looked a couple of seconds longer herself, so what was she going to expect from a man?
Once she saw the monitor go black, Zhang Ruowei got up, went back to the sofa, picked up her bag and headed out of the office.
But she hadn't gone ten steps before Li Miaomiao stopped her.
"Manager Zhao asked me to tell you he's upstairs in a meeting. He'll be down very shortly — could you wait for him in the office a little longer?"
"Well…" Zhang Ruowei answered quickly. "I won't wait in there, then. I'll wait for him in the lounge area by the door."
"That works. There are plenty of snacks in our tea room too — take whatever you want. And come find me if you need anything else."
"Thank you."
"Not at all."
Zhang Ruowei waited about twenty minutes before Zhao Ming came down from his meeting. Seeing her out there working through a bag of potato chips with evident enjoyment, he walked over, smiling. "Good?"
"They're all right. Not as good as the tomato ones."
Zhang Ruowei registered that it was Zhao Ming asking her the question, hurriedly swallowed the chips in her mouth and hid the bag behind her back — exactly like a little girl caught raiding the snacks by a parent.
Zhao Ming's heart was fluttering. He kept his voice soft. "Why are you sitting out here?"
