The marvel of camouflage color stunned everyone at the research meeting in an instant. Shen Cong's spirit-fire wasn't fully kindled yet, so he couldn't manage it in fine detail, and a perfect one had been beyond him from the start anyway. He brought out just one hand of the Hell Plant Armor for the demonstration.

He mimicked the Activity wave, laid down the light-conducting gold-crystal, and slowly the arm of the Hell Plant Armor began to fade and turn transparent.

Under everyone's eyes the arm vanished entirely, as though it had never been there at all. At the cut where it ended there was only a dull patch of black shadow, as if his arm had been pushed through into some other space.

"This… this is invisibility!" one researcher blurted.

"Activity waves can do that?"

"It's really gone!"

"Like the Predator's high-tech gear."

One iron person said thoughtfully, "The Third Eye still sees it clearly, but the naked eye can't. So it's doing something with light?"

Shen Cong drew the camouflage color back in, and the arm of the Hell Plant Armor showed itself again. "Camouflage color is only one kind of Activity wave. Develop Activity waves carefully and all sorts of marvelous uses will come out of them. The waves the jin fungi carry are the quickest of all to develop."

He told the Eastern Theater Command's laboratory everything he had that didn't count as a hole card, and spent the days that followed helping the Command put up Super-Thunder Wave stations.

One at Linyi City, one at Mushroom City, one at New Hefei. By the time those three stations were finished it was the end of July.

In those few days the researchers who specialized in communications had written a dedicated encryption algorithm for the Super-Thunder Wave. They had also put a special mark on the waveband structure of each station's Super-Thunder Wave, so they could be told apart easily.

The three stations, with Shen Cong's own, all talked to one another, and the quality was high.
