He had grown thoroughly used to it now — two halves of consciousness holding two different bodies, thinking through two different problems, and only one governing will over both.

A human brain could look at the world through two eyes and form a single image. It could take in sound through two ears and form a sense of space. It could play a piano with two hands and make beautiful music out of it.

So naturally it could split into two halves of thought, master two bodies perfectly, and in the end present them unified and in harmony under a single governing will.

And by now Shen Cong was growing more and more familiar with how to use the Superbrain.

The unsteady sensations produced by lighting and extinguishing the consciousness inside the Superbrain had, through endless repetition, been memorized by his body and drilled into something as casual as eating a meal or drinking a glass of water.

He kept up this training for a reason beyond simply developing the Superbrain.

Which was that when he held two consciousnesses at once, his mental capacity rose, his memory deepened, and he learned extremely fast.
