Chapter 389: The Prosecutor General, the Vice-Chairman, and the Chairman

A shabby tent sitting at the edge of the reservoir came into Seong-ho Kim's view.

Jeong-cheol Choi cut the engine, came up beside Seong-ho Kim, pointed at the tent, and spoke.

"Deputy Head. Vice President Cha is over there."

"Well done."

Seong-ho Kim patted Jeong-cheol Choi's shoulder.

"Wait here."

"You're going alone? I should come along too—"

Wondering whether Seong-ho Kim possessed some kind of sixth sense, Jeong-cheol Choi climbed into the car.

"Brother."

By the time Jeong-cheol Choi had gotten into the car, Seong-ho Kim had reached the front of the tent, taken hold of the tent flap, and called out to Yeong-su Cha.

"Brother. It's me, Seong-ho."

Seong-ho Kim carefully opened the flap. And gazing into the tent, so dark that not even the moonlight reached inside, he said,

"I came alone."

"...Are you really alone?"

Yeong-su Cha's voice came from within the tent.

"Yes. May…
