"Brother. You've come?"
Seong-ho walked toward Sang-jong as he entered and greeted him.
Sang-jong nodded slowly and looked around the interior of the VIP box.
"What's this place?"
"It's a space exclusively for VIPs that we'll operate starting next year—what do you think?"
Having taken in Seong-ho's answer while surveying the interior, Sang-jong let out a short laugh.
"Looks like you haven't just been idling away down here in Jinju. It's nice. I've wanted to come to the ballpark myself, but sitting in an open area is uncomfortable, so I never did."
Sang-jong pointed a finger at the packed cheering section, gave a small shudder, and then looked at Chung-seop standing beside Seong-ho.
Seong-ho, confirming that Sang-jong's gaze had turned to Chung-seop, introduced him.
"Representative Jo. Let me introduce you. This is President Sang-jong Lee—privately my elder brother-in-law, and publicly the president of Ilhyeon Construction."
Chung-seop had already known who Sang-jong was from the moment he entered the box.
Hastily wiping his hands on his trousers, he bent slightly at the waist and extended his hand toward Sang-jong in greeting.
"It's a pleasure to meet you. I'm Chung-seop Jo of Silla Future Asset."
"Silla Future Asset..."
Sang-jong, looking down at Chung-seop with his head held stiffly high, nodded slowly.
"I've heard a great deal about you. You were at our Ilhyeon Securities and then left to start your own company, I hear?"
"Yes. Thanks to a great deal of help from Representative Kim here, I was able to get the company off the ground."
"Our Kim gave you a lot of help, did he?"
Sang-jong lifted the corner of his mouth and gestured toward the empty sofa.
"Shall we sit down and talk first? Kim. Have a seat."
"Yes, Brother."
Having invited Seong-ho and Chung-seop to sit as though he were the owner of the place, Sang-jong took the seat of honor and sat down first, entirely as a matter of course.
