In terms of quality.

A common octopus beast that had barely reached particle-grade couldn't even match Space Brother Dao, whose Talent was now well past the particle-grade standard line.

Let alone Shen Cong.

Shen Cong's Talent was 0.739H above the particle-grade standard, close to a generation's gap. On top of that, his biological brain had evolved into a proto-Firestarter, and he outclassed an ordinary particle-grade in every way.

He was certainly the strongest.

But there was one serious limit: Shen Cong himself had no way to undergo gigantism, and his vehicle hadn't finished its Transformer refit, so he couldn't bring his full fighting strength to bear.

And the volcanic lake limited him too.

So hunting down even a single particle-grade common octopus beast took a lot of trouble. Luckily, it was all working out in the end. Shen Cong had dug gaps all around the volcanic lake, and most of it was wrecked now.

A particle-grade couldn't destroy heaven and earth with a wave of the hand, but wrecking things was no problem at all.

"Ha ha ha ha ha! Little dried fish, today's the day you get grilled! I, Brother Dao, haven't had fish in ages. This time I'm going to eat a whole ton!"

Brother Dao barked wildly.

It stood on the Vajra's roof, swaggering.

The huge Vajra still looked tiny next to the common octopus beast. Its four walking 70Bs quickly sank into the lava, and nearly half the vehicle body went under with them.

But the Locust-Plus Mushroom-Bug Swords, glowing a soft green, bore down on the common octopus beast with tremendous force.

Shen Cong's Third Eye Radar swept the area and locked onto the common octopus beast's every move.

Roar!

The common octopus beast was afraid of the Vajra and wanted to hide, but it had nowhere to go. The volcanic lake was less than a hundred meters across, too small for its body, which was over a hundred meters long. It was a mollusk, and nothing was better at squeezing into holes. There had to be cracks at the bottom of the lake that…
