Brother Dao strutted down the brand-new streets of Guangzhou, eyeing the crowds gathered on both sides and enormously pleased with itself. It loved being fussed over like this.

Shen Cong didn't say much about the new government's existence. He simply showed Qin Mingliang a set of videos.

They were promotional videos the new government had made at Shen Cong's request, for presenting itself to outsiders. Shen Cong didn't feel like explaining everything in detail, so he had brought the videos along and played them on a projector. It was all clear at a glance.

Over two million people.

Twenty cities.

Built around scientific research.

Every citizen an evolved person.

The first group of evolved people had already led the way through the Lv4 — Nebula Era, and the division into species had begun.

"So these are the Titan Giants, the direction we jin people will evolve in?" Qin Mingliang watched the video twice through, deeply impressed by the Titan Giants in it.

Evolved plants were grouped together as Tree Vajras.

Evolved animals: XX beasts, XX heroes, mechanical X, armored X.

Evolved humans: Titan Giants, Super-Powered Warriors, Colossi, Mechanists.

Not that many of the new government's first group of evolved people had chosen Titan Giant, but not that few either, and quite a number had already completed the change. The very first Titan Giant was someone Shen Cong knew: Li Sikai, formerly of the China Rescue Team.

Li Sikai had been a super-grade jin person. Once he had fire-spirit medium and the other Talent-raising methods, he pushed all the way up to ultimate-grade.

That made him the second ultimate-grade jin person, after Shi Jingang, whom Shen Cong had killed.

He hadn't chosen the Activity-wave route but gigantism. Maybe, deep down, Li Sikai wanted to be the leader of the Titan Giants. After that his body kept growing, and he now stood 8.6 meters tall, as high as a three-story building. A giant by any measure.

A Titan Giant's body grew huge, but it was still nothing next to an evolved beast's gigantism.

Put a weapon in a Titan Giant's hand, though,…
