"Lee & Jang has come in as Ana's counsel."

"As expected."

"They must have spread money around."

"How do you think it'll turn out?"

"This thing is overflowing with facts they can't wriggle out of, so the court won't be able to do anything. There's a foreign investment corporation in it too, so the court can't help them. But..."

"What's the problem?"

"I think they'll try to tie us up with the Defense Acquisition Program Act."

"Isn't that one of the answers we saw coming?"

"Heh heh. The problem is the law bends however the judge swings his gavel. We said we're only out to replace Ana's management, but read it broadly and that's not the whole story."

"That's the spirit."

Attorney Jo's voice was bursting with fight.

Ana's board had refused the extraordinary shareholders' meeting.

A complaint had been filed with the court.

Ana had brought in Lee & Jang as its hired gun.

It looked like it would take time.

"And I reached an agreement with the board chairman of Jungyong University. He'll give us a few more months."

"Well done."

I was preparing the Jungyong University acquisition more carefully.

Besides the new foundation, I planned to bring in the Ana Group once it was mine.

Korean universities couldn't break free of textbook learning.

As a result, their graduates' employment rates were low.

To break through that, I meant to upgrade it into a university of the future and train Korea's young talent.

A school isn't a business for making money.

But most of Korea's private universities had become job banks and asset shelters for their board chairmen and relatives.

Almost no universities are preparing for the fourth industrial revolution.

Wallow in relics of the past like this, and they'll fall far behind.

Businesses and schools have to join forces to raise talent that leads…
