"Xu Ye, you're evil. You actually sent Yang Fei to meet that reporter?"

Zhang Xinzhou had dropped Yang Fei off at Baolong Plaza and driven straight to the company. Xu Ye heard him out, then calmly handed over his phone with the chat history on it. "That woman wants something, and she's not subtle about it. Better not to get involved with her if I can help it. It's good for Yang Fei to spend some time around a green tea like that. Next time he's looking for a girlfriend, he'll know what to steer clear of."

"Problem is, Yang Fei might not figure out she's a green tea."

"He'll figure it out. He's been burned before. He's got at least that much sense."

"True."

Xu Ye finished his takeout, rested at the company for half an hour, then swung by the dorm for two changes of clothes and drove to the Conservatory.

Before he'd even parked, he could see Chen Qingqing way off on the second-floor balcony, waving at him nonstop.

He tapped the horn twice in answer. He'd barely parked and climbed out when Chen Qingqing came jogging out of the girls' dorm.

When she saw him open his arms, she threw herself into them without a second thought.

She pressed her head to his chest and wrapped both arms tight around his waist. All week she'd missed him, and now here he was. If there hadn't been so many people coming and going at the dorm entrance, she'd have held on to him like this forever and never let go.

Xu Ye kept one arm around her waist and laid his other hand on the back of her head. He stroked her long, silky hair all the way down her back, gave her two soft pats and smiled. "See? I said I'd be here before two, and I made it."

"Mm."

"Where do you want to go?"

"Anywhere."

"Let's catch a movie first. It's a long afternoon."

"Okay~"

"Should we ask the others along?" Xu Ye said.

Chen Qingqing thought about it, then gave a small shake…
