Faced with Ning Chen's teasing, Pan Yucheng had nothing to say. All he could do was change the subject. "Give the baby a name, would you?"

They'd agreed on this beforehand.

First, Ning Chen was a learned man. Second, it was thanks to Ning Chen that he and Nanzhi were together at all.

So they had left the naming to Ning Chen.

Ning Chen was left scratching his head!

After thinking it over for a long while, he came up with a name that seemed fitting and smiled. "The two of you, husband and wife, are one strong and one gentle... Valiant in battle, and a heart that opens like the dawn. The baby will be called Yunxin. Pan Yunxin." (TL Note: 驍 "xiao" means valiant and 昕 "xin" means daybreak; Ning Chen builds the two children's names from them, with 允 "yun," "worthy," as the shared first character.)

"You're sure to have more than one child. If you have a boy later, call him Pan Yunxiao. How's that?"

"Yunxin, Pan Yunxin..."

Pan Yucheng murmured it, gazing at the little one in his arms.

The little one suddenly waved her tiny hands and babbled in a tiny baby voice.

Pan Yucheng laughed. "Look, she likes the name."

Everyone burst out laughing.

Pan Yucheng looked at Nanzhi. "My lady, what do you think of the name?"

Nanzhi nodded. "A name chosen by the prince is bound to be a good one. I love the name Yunxin."

Pan Yucheng smiled. "As long as my lady likes it. Then the baby's name is Yunxin."

In the afternoon, Ning Chen drove a carriage out of the Ning residence.

The carriage was loaded with Immortal Dew, which he'd had delivered specially.

His first stop was Old General Chen, and after that Li Hanru and the others.

He might be a prince now, but he still had to keep up his connections... He paid a call on every single person he was on good terms with!

Half a month went by in a flash.

During that time, Ning Chen lived a life of perfect ease.
