Boom!
Yan Chongzhang had only just leapt up to the peak when his face changed and he pulled himself to a stop by force.
Not far ahead of him a lean old man in hemp cloth already stood with his hands behind his back, gazing off toward the Nameless Mountain.
"Master." Yan Chongzhang hurried to cup his hands in salute, and then thought himself a fool.
The man was a Dao-merging cultivator; inside the Mountain-Moving Sect he was no different from heaven and earth itself. How could he not have felt what had happened at the Nameless Mountain?

At that the Mountain-Moving Sect Master glanced sideways at Yan Chongzhang, with no intention of explaining much. "Put away that look of a man who cannot wait. Everything as before. Treat them exactly as they should be treated."
It was only drawing in a disciple; it was not killing their Dao-son.
With the Mountain-Moving Sect's strength, there was no need to fear the Nanhong Seven so badly, tucked away in their corner as they were.
But that young man's standing was indeed a little strange.
Some things were better looked into properly first.
A prodigy like that had a long lifespan, and the Nanhong Seven would not truly put him in danger. There was no hurry about it for the moment.
The only question was how great a price it would take to make him change sects.
